I always wanted to pick this book up for long because of peer pressure. Finally, picked it up.
This book has life lessons wrapped in a beautiful tale. I would have appreciated this book more had I read it when I was younger. Interesting way to get the point across – writing one’s personal legend. Felt like somewhat indirect self-help book.
However, this was a great read, will remember some quotes from the book.
“There is only one way to learn. It’s through action.”
“Remember that wherever your heart is, there you will find your treasure.”
“Everyone seems to have a clear idea of how other people should lead their lives, but none about his or her own.”
and I think this “top” quote is dubious. Everyone wishes that would happen, but hardly does it happen. The key there is not just wanting, but getting into action as mentioned in another quote.
“And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.”
